(Luke 24:44-47)

All the Messiah verses in the Koran

"Remember when the angels said, 'O Mary! Verily God announceth to thee the word from Him: His name shall be, the Messiah Jesus the son of Mary, illustrious in this world, and in the next, and one of those who have near access to God;"
(Surah No. 3 Ali'Imran:40)

"And for their saying, 'Verily we have slain the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, and Apostle of God.' Yet they slew him not, and they crucified him not, but they had only his likeness. And they who differed about him were in doubt concerning him: No sure knowledge had they about him, but followed only an opinion, and they did not really slay him,"
(Surah No. 4 An-Nissa:156)

"O ye people of the book! overstep not bounds in your religion: and of God speak only truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, is only an apostle of God, and his Word which he conveyed into Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from himself. Believe, therefore in God and his apostles, and say not, 'Three' (there be a Trinity)---Forbear---it will be better for you. God is only one God! Far be it from His glory that He should have a son! His, whatever is in the Heavens, and whatever is in the Earth!
(Surah No. 4 an-Nesa:169)

The Messiah disdaineth not to be a servant of God, nor do the angels who are nigh unto Him. And whoso disdaineth His service, and is filled with pride, God will gather them to Himself."
(Surah No. 4 An-Nisa:170)

"Infidels now are they who say, 'Verily God is the Messiah Ibn Maryam (son of Mary)! Say: And who could aught obtain from God, if he chose to destroy the Messiah Ibn Maryam, and his mother, and all who are on the earth together?"
(Surah No. 5 Al Ma'Iday:19)

"Infidels now are they who say, 'God is the Messiah, Son of Mary;' for the Messiah said, 'O children of Israel! worship God, my Lord and your Lord,' Whoever shall join other gods with God, God shall forbid him the Garden, and his abode shall be the Fire; and the wicked shall have no helpers."
(Surah No. 5 Al Ma'Idah:79)

"The Messiah., Son of Mary, is but an Apostle; other Apostles have flourished before him; and his mother was a just person: they both ate food. Behold! how we make clear to them the signs! then behold how they turn aside!"
(Surah No. 9 At-Taubah:30)

"They take their teachers, and their monks, and the Messiah, son of Mary, for Lords beside God, though bidden to worship one God only. There is no God but He! Far from His glory be what they associate with Him!"
(Surah No.9 At-Taubah:31)

Dear Reader,

You can see that while the Koran declares that Jesus is the Messiah, it does not tell what that means, for the Koran contains no Messianic prophecy of any kind. The Koran does say, however, that the Torah (Old Testament) was confirmed by Jesus and by the Injil (New Testament):

"And we sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus son of Mary, confirming the Torah before him; and we gave to him the Gospel (Injil) which contains guidance and light, and confirming the Torah before it, as a guidance and an admonition for the pious."
(Surah No. 5 Al Ma'Idah:46)

The Koran also exhorts to believe in the Biblical scriptures given beforetime:

"O you who believe, believe in God and ...the book that was revealed from before."
(Surah No. 4 An-Nisa:136)

The references and scripture quotations given on this site may be found in any Bible, and they are able to make the one who hears or reads them wise unto the salvation that God gives to all those who believe in the Messiah Jesus.

In the Injil, Jesus said:

He that comes unto me I will in no wise cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the Father's will which has sent me, that of all which he has given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes on him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day. Verily, verily, (Truly, truly,) I say unto you, he that believes on me has everlasting life.
(John 6:37-40,47)

And, the Injil also assures you:

"This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptance, that Messiah Jesus came into the world to save sinners."
(I Timothy 1:15)
"God will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Messiah Jesus, who gave himself a ransom for all."
(I Timothy 2:4-6)
"For God made Messiah, who knew no sin, to be a sin offering for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in him."
(II Corinthians 5:21)
"For Messiah also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit:"
(I Peter 3:18)
"Wherefore, God also has highly exalted hem, and given him a name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, And that every tongue should confess that Jesus the Messiah is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
(Philippians 2:9-11)

Remember:

It is the will of God that you accept and honor Jesus the Messiah as Saviour and Lord. When you accept Jesus the Messiah as Saviour, all your sins will be forgiven. You will know God as your heavenly Father. You will have the assurance of going to heaven. If you want to receive Jesus the Messiah as your Saviour, you may pray the following prayer, God will hear you.

Almighty God, I thank you for causing the prophets to write about the birth, death, and glory of the Messiah Jesus long before he came into the world. Thank you for showing me through Jesus the Messiah that you love me. Thank you that Jesus the Messiah gave his life on the cross that my sins might be forgiven. Thank you that Jesus the Messiah was raised from the dead in order that I might have eternal life. I know that I am a sinner. I want you to forgive me of my sins. At this moment I accept the forgiveness that you give because of Jesus the Messiah who gave his life for me. I want Jesus the Messiah to be my Lord. Help me to love others the same way Jesus loves them. Thank you for taking away my sins. Thank you for accepting me. I ask this of you in the name of Jesus the Messiah who is my Saviour and my Lord. Amen.

If your sins were forgiven after reading the above, please tell us.
